Painting Fire Escapes in Little Italy NYC

Painting fire escapes in New York is a crucial element for standard upkeep of a building. Fire escapes may rarely get use but they must be ready and sturdy during an emergency. This is why painting them to protect the metal is so important. Fire escapes are constantly beaten down by the NYC elements. We always start by grinding off any failing coatings. Once that is done we apply Rust destroyer primer that converts any remaining rust in preparation for the finish coats. We then apply 2 coats of UV resistant industrial coatings to ensure that the fire escapes are protected long term. We painted the above fire escape in Little Italy last month. The owners were happy to get it done before the cold weather hits.

After living in their condo for 2 years this client wanted to refresh the place with new colors, patched holes, to make the place feel new again.

The super of the building recently removed the non-working intercom phone leaving a gapping hole in the living room wall. We were able to completely patch and plaster the hole so you can’t even tell it was there in the first place. After caulking around the windows and plastering the other cracks the place was ready for painting. Using fresh rollers and proper technique we repainted their accent wall to show seamless color. The previous paint job showed major flashings which distracted the eye from the tv the wall was situated on. We painted the bathroom with Benjamin Moore Aura Bath & Spa to ensure longevity in the hot humid environment that is a bathroom. Always grateful to paint beautiful Upper West Side apartments.

Painting A Condo Near Prospect Park

When this family called us they were looking to refresh their condo before doing some redecorating. With young children in the household the walls of the entryway were showing wear and tear. Lots of scuff marks and dirt/oil build up on the walls from constant touching and activity. We painted the entire Prospect Heights apartment, making it look new again. We painted the entryway walls with Benjamin Moore Scuff-X to help protect the walls. With the abundance of natural light in the living room, the Benjamin Moore Aura Super White looks great and super clean. We love painting homes in Prospect Heights. Each home is so unique which matches the eclectic surrounding area. We are honored to be a top painter in the Prospect Heights area.

Park Slope Home Painter

Painting in Park Slope is such an exciting experience due the gorgeous and well maintained brownstones that fill this area. We love painting brownstones inside and out. This client contacted us to repaint their garden apartment for their long time renters. The most challenging part was to paint the beautiful molding around the windows. Luckily our team has vast experience painting Park Slope homes. We used a satin finish on the trim and moldings to give it contrast against the matte finished walls. When painting Brooklyn townhouses we have to keep in mind of the historic details. The goal is to highlight the molding not to cover it up. In the end the client and our team was happy with the freshly painted interior.

Farrow & Ball Floor Painter

This apartment inside a converted commercial building has space for such unique possibilities. This couple wanted to liven up their dinged up white wood floor. We started by cleaning the entire floor then put a primer on top. After it dried we applied the first coat of Farrow & Ball paint. After it dried we applied a second coat. You can see the difference in the middle picture. The finished product looks smooth and sleek and goes perfectly with their new kitchen cabinets and furniture. Paint has so many possibilities and capabilities. Instead of refinishing their floor they gave it a unique color and new life. We loved the opportunity to be apart of this creative remodel!
