Riverside Blvd. is the new kid on the block for residential living, having been developed in the 1990s. Hugging the Hudson River, the former industrial site was home to the Hudson River Railroad, built in 1846 to connect Albany with New York City. Today, high-rise luxury condos boast hotel-style amenities and elegant lifestyles. Riverside Park, established in 1872, stretches four miles of 253 acres along the waterfront.

When their original contractor flaked out of remodeling work, a family with a time constraint found us through a neighbor’s recommendation. We loved helping them in a crunch.
