The Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in Brooklyn, affectionately dubbed Bed-Stuy, is home to more than 8,000 pre-1900 buildings and the largest cluster of Victorian architecture in the country. We were called in on the finish end of a total renovation, gutting the interior to the studs, of one of the stunning brownstone residences. The ultra lustrous finish on the jet black doors was achieved in a series of sanding, priming, spray painting, sanding and spray painting again.
