Brooklyn Duplex Interior Painting

There are lots of things new tenants would enjoy like donuts, a vase of fresh flowers, gift card to the local deli and so on.  In this charming Brooklyn duplex, we painted high and wide after some routine light plastering and sanding to smooth out a few places. Plaster and sandpaper go to every job because most of them need a spot or more of touch-up. NYC Rental Preparation

Riverside Drive is aptly named for hugging the shoreline of the Hudson River in Manhattan. Homeowners and property managers here are meticulous about their properties, and this high-rise condo was being prepared for the rental market. The dark walls were a bit foreboding, and the white walls were kind of beat up and uneven. After removing the light attached to one black wall, we patched the damage, spackled and smoothed all the walls and finished everything with lustrous white coats of paint. The landlord was very pleased and is moving forward to advertise and show this radiant, attractive rental condominium.
