Bathroom Tiling and Cabinet Installation in Financial District 10006

Elevating the Bathroom and Front Counter

One of our recent projects involved transforming a FiDi coffee shop's interior, focusing on tiling and carpentry work to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. In the bathroom area, we installed sleek, durable tiles that not only withstand high foot traffic but also add a touch of modernity. We also installed tile behind the coffee bar as a backsplash.

We installed cabinets into the concrete walls. The cabinets provided ample storage for supplies, keeping the space organized and efficient, ultimately enhancing the workflow for staff and improving the overall customer experience.

Wallpaper Removal and Lime Wash Finishes in Manhattan 10003

Outdated or damaged wallpaper can detract from the beauty of your home and may not align with your current style preferences. After we removed the wallpaper, we plastered the walls and applied a primer to prepare for the lime wash.

When applying lime wash, the first step is to prepare the surface you'll be working on. Primer, base coats and multiple finish coats. After the finish coats are dry, we apply a sealer to protect it.

Freshening up an apartment

Executing the painting project with precision and attention to detail, we used top-quality paints to achieve seamless, streak-free finishes. Whitewashing the apartment before listing it for sale refreshed the walls and made the entire space feel like a breath of fresh air.

The impact of our interior painting project extended beyond aesthetics. The client was thrilled with the results, noting how the newly painted rooms felt much brighter and more welcoming. Beyond immediate satisfaction, the project added long-term value to the client's property, boosting its appeal and potential resale value. It's a testament to the power of thoughtful interior painting in revitalizing spaces.

We took our time to meticulously cover all the floors with reinforced brown paper. Carfeully covered the medica equipment. Plaster holes/cracks and other damaged areas. The client wanted something new for the trim/doors and chose New York State of Mind from Benjamin Moore for their new trim/doors color. How fitting! Turned out great and is helpful for longevity.

Why Paint Your Handrails?

Handrails are not just functional elements but also significant aesthetic components of your home's architecture. Over time, handrails can become worn out, chipped, or discolored due to exposure to the elements. Painting your handrails not only enhances their appearance but also provides essential protection against rust, corrosion, and weathering.
