We recently painted the stairwell and hallways of a 3-story Brooklyn apartment building, which is sure to keep residents and tenants happy for having clean spaces to walk in on the way to their front doors. For this job, a semi-gloss paint was selected for being easy to wash, yet not have the glare of a full gloss paint. The semi-gloss will still reflect light, making the corridors and stairwell seem brighter and more pleasant. Semi-gloss paint also resists fading and humidity a little bit better than other choices.
