New office space can be personalized for the business, and we did just that for a customer who wanted its brand colors to make the new digs pop. With precision, we created a diagonal line split into two triangles of color for the entry. We worked after 6 p.m. so the employees involved in moving and setting up could manage that during normal business hours.
Any start-up venture is exciting, challenging, frustrating, demanding and stimulating all at once. Budding or seasoned entrepreneurs need a nice, bright, freshly painted space to plan, work and brainstorm. Being an entrepreneurial business ourselves, Paintworks & Decorating knows well that the damaged, dingy, smudged interior we encountered very much needed a lift before they arrived. We set about plastering holes and repairing damaged places, then professionally applied fresh coats of white paint all in one day for the large office. We have all the right licenses and insurance in place to paint any office in Manhattan, and this new company begins defining and realizing its goals in a clean, calm office space.

Founded in New York City, Compass now has offices coast to coast, and the Brooklyn real estate office in the Park Slope neighborhood called us in because they understand the importance of first impressions underfoot in their conference room. We diligently removed old white paint from this classy small square tile floor, then repainted it jet black for an elegant edge in a contemporary meeting space. Buying and selling real estate in the Big Apple is serious business with some serious price tags, and Compass values the high quality workmanship, reliability and experience that Paintworks & Decorating delivers.
Moving in any capacity can be a daunting task. This company was making a major move into a new office in Long Island City and was looking to refresh it before finishing their move. Using high traffic paint we painted all walls and hallways, using the trim as a nice accent. The trim matches one of the company’s logo colors further deepening their branding. One of the dingiest looking parts of the new office was the acoustic ceiling tiles. It was clear that this office hadn’t been painted in about 20 years. The pictures below show the before and after of the acoustic tiles. We sprayed the acoustic ceiling tiles with flat ceiling white to make them look new again.
