Bronxville Exterior Home Painter

Patience is a virtue. Snappy decisions don’t always go well, and this client had lived in their new home for a year before deciding what to do with the exterior. It needed freshening, no doubt. They liked the Farrow & Ball outside color, Pond Green, inspired by the seats around Winston Churchill’s garden pond. They felt a dark trim would contrast nicely, and they were right.

We powerwashed the exterior, then set to work on scraping all the failing coatings. We patched some places and once clean and smooth again, we applied a superior bonding primer. Busted shutters were removed, and we were able to match the original paint precisely. Once the classy black trim was added by our expert exterior paint team, the whole place took on a new look and may well have upgraded the entire neighborhood. Paint does that, you know.

Exterior Home Painter New York City

When the weather is amazing there is no better project than painting the outside of a house. This house in Brooklyn hadn’t been painted in over 30 years and paint had started to fail off in bunches. We started by stripping all the failing paint areas as power washing would’ve damaged the house siding. Using a boom lift we were able to reach all areas of the house and paint with precision. The client chose a bold color that looks makes the house look completely new! We love the direction they chose and were very happy to help them. The finished product made the client literally say “Wow!” Very grateful to be an exterior painter in the Park Slope and Prospect Park area.

When this homeowner called us she was looking to refresh the exterior of the home for the new renters. The house hadn't had it's stucco exterior painted in over 12 years and it was started to show. The bottom picture shows before we got started. You can see the failing paint around all the windows, the accumulation of dirt is also visible. Our first step was to rent a boom lift that would allow us to reach all corners of this house. We spent the first day power washing the entire stucco exterior. The next day was devoted to more preparation as we scraped the failing paint, plastered any holes/cracks and caulked around all windows. Once was that was completed we masked off the areas that were not to be painted. We then used professional spray machines to paint the exterior stucco walls. After spraying the stucco was completed we hand painted all window frames and shutters. The client picked a boldly beautiful red to contrast the white house. The client was in awe when she saw the finished project. It looks like an entirely new exterior to her house. Very grateful to be a part of this exterior transformation.
