Repainting A Fine Art Gallery In Chelsea

A few months ago we had the opportunity to help Tyler Rollins Fine Art transition back to white for their new exhibition. A dark brown to Benjamin Moore Super White. Three coats later and the gallery looks completely different. Check out their website and in person on west 20th street for incredible one of a kind contemporary art. Always grateful to paint commercial spaces in the beautiful Chelsea neighborhood.

Painting Exterior Metal Structures at Pier 17 at South Seaport

The South Seaport is a historic and legendary area that was damaged by Hurricane Sandy but has since returned to its former glory. Pier 17 is back to being a hot spot with a gorgeous rooftop deck complete with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and a large stage for concerts. The two metal structures that provide shade and a mingling area were already getting severe sun damage. Paintworks & Decorating was brought in to repaint the structures back to white with a UV resistant industrial coating. The work had to be done efficiently and effectively as the coating product has a very short timeframe to be applied. With our foreman's expertise the project was carried out without any hiccups. All handrails and exposed metal had to painted up to a certain height. We even painted the back of the exit signs to make everything look uniform.  As local NYC steel painters it was quite the honor to paint on the rooftop of this Manhattan landmark. We look forward to painting more steel structures in the future.

Restaurant Painter in NYC

Paintworks and Decorating is very pleased to have painted an exquisite restaurant inside 55 Water Street. To have been given the opportunity to paint and transform inside one of Brooklyn's most pristine buildings was truly a great experience for the entire team. 55 Water Street is in one of the most scenic areas of NYC and blessed with one of the best views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline. Together the Paintworks team revitalized the once bland dining area. The addition of fresh paint on the walls and ceiling created a calm and alluring environment for the patrons to relax with a coffee, a cocktail, or dinner. We even painted the planter boxes! We pride ourself on detail oriented and clean work. If you come to building, ask the employees and watch them rave about their refurbished upstairs lounge. The bar’s iconic wood and cooper decor blend perfectly with cream texture and warm lighting. Come to 55 Water Street to enjoy the sights, sounds, drinks and Paintworks gorgeous paint job.

NYC Commercial Painter: Epoxy Painted Walls

Manhattan Commercial Painting

When an upper west side waxing facility asked us for suggestions for repainting their walls we wanted to give them something that would look good and provide durability. With many employees and customers walking through the hall on a daily basis we had epoxy solids added to the paint to make the walls easy to clean and expand the lifetime of the paint job. The finished product looks silky smooth just like the clients when they leave this facility. The epoxy helps protect the walls without sacrificing the integrity of the color.
