Upper East Side – New Tenant Rental Painting

UES Local Painters

With a bird’s eye view out this Upper East Side apartment, the owner wanted her rental nest to look great before marketing it for new tenants. The ceiling needed some repair, and since you can’t have a tree canopy and the sky above, like the real birds do, then sprucing this up was the next best thing. Ceilings are often only in our peripheral vision, not especially noteworthy, until there’s peeling paint or a little damage or imperfections that capture our eye. Then one might wonder if the ceiling here is not important to keep clean and freshly painted, what else might not be up to snuff?

So, the Paintworks troop moved in with plaster, paint, ladders, scaffolding, long handles for rollers and all the tools for plastering, priming and painting the tops of the rooms. Ceilings can be challenging up overhead, but we are always up for any challenge that involves, renovation, flooring and more. This lady landlord can now proudly show the space in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, known for Madison Avenue, the Museum Mile and almost everything you need for a satisfying live-work-play experience.

Wood floors, wood trim, tall windows, contemporary staircase, abundant natural daylight and the kind of eclectic vibes omnipresent in the Gramercy Park neighborhood attracted tenants arriving in two days. That’s 48 hours to prep, roll, brush, paint and transform this stunning interior into a more stunning, bright China White home. This Benjamin Moore color presents itself as a pale neutral and is sold as inherently sophisticated and endlessly versatile. It’s part of the Off-White Color Collection and as such delivers a chic strength that endures both time and trend.

The owners were moving to Brooklyn and needed to move fast for having rented it to new residents headed this way. We managed not only the quick turnaround, but also had no problem whatsoever covering these walls which soared 20 feet to the ceiling. We work smart, and these landlords appreciated the fast response along with the high quality workmanship our team produces every time we set foot into a new painting situation in and around all of New York City and northern New Jersey.

Painting Brooklyn Brownstone For Rent

Renting property is challenging for landlords and owners. The price has to be right for the neighborhood and the specific home, and one needs to consider leases, background checks and references. For showing, every room should be clean and neat, even if there is furniture in there. Walls, floors and appliances especially stand out in unfurnished space, and this property manager for a Prospect Heights brownstone understood completely the value in having fresh paint everywhere.

Clean, attractive, neutral paint showcases every space in a rental property. It allows prospective tenants to visualize their furnishings, wall art, color scheme and rugs in a new place. So our Paintworks team went right to work freshening this historical brownstone in the charming Prospect Hill area, known for Prospect Park, century-old architecture, public libraries and museums. We like to think the fresh paint throughout this brownstone will seal the deal for new tenants, who likely will also embrace the family-friendly environment and folksy vibes of the neighborhood.

Flexible Painting Contractor for Property Managers

When tenants change, many property owners and managers call us in to freshen the interior for showing living spaces to potential residents. This duplex is a charming one with exposed brick for a rustic touch, stainless steel appliances for 21st century kitchen accoutrements and fresh white paint for that timeless appeal. Whatever the condition of the walls – or ceilings or floors – we can make it new by cleaning, patching and spackling, sanding, priming and painting. Our crew’s experience offers vision in seeing what is present and what needs to be done. Like good pilots and good surgeons, our painters know the outcome before they begin.

NYC Rental Painting Contractor

One of the most thoughtful things a property manager or homeowner can do before renting a property is to have the walls painted white. Paintworks & Decorating based in Manhattan is the perfect painting contractor to achieve this bright, fresh, clean interior. White reflects maximum light and even offers a kind of emotional new start for prospective tenants. People move for a variety of reasons, and many of them need not only a clean slate interior, but also the atmosphere that exudes radiance and glows with optimism and hope. White can do that more than any other color as evidenced by this recent Midtown West paint project.

No matter what shade of white - and Paintworks is happy to guide your decision here - all the decorative styles are a match from the get go. Of course, contemporary, modern, minimalist and sleek scream white, but rustic flea market finds in old wood, painted tin or salvaged metal stand out for their contrast with white. From traditional, Victorian, midcentury, Craftsman and Asian to the newly revered industrial, shabby chic and Scandinavian designs, white backdrops accentuate the fabrics and furnishings of all. Especially Scandinavian. Other thoughtful things include a simple rental application, easy-to-understand lease and fresh flowers or donuts on move-in day.
