Tribeca Painters Near Me

Historic brick buildings, green parks and cobblestone streets mingle comfortably among ultra-chic boutiques, luxury high-rise residences, swank bars and restaurants and a few glittering skyscrapers. TriBeCa, or Tribeca without the caps, is the Triangle Below Canal Street. Although the precise street borders are a little fuzzy, everyone agrees it begins on the north side at Canal Street.

What’s not fuzzy at all is why Paintworks is called to freshen or repair interiors in high-end homes. Our professional, experienced crews can expertly paint, put up molding or drywall, take away mirror walls, renovate kitchens and much more. We were on schedule to paint this beautiful residence when water damage from above occurred. The timeline was shuffled instantly to apply Benjamin Moore’s Cloud White on the walls. It reflects natural light, showcases art and provides an attractive contrast with wood floors and intriguing piles of books.

Manhattan Penthouse Painting Contractor

When new homeowners select Tribeca for their neighborhood and a 3-level penthouse for their home, it only stands to reason they would connect with Paintworks, perhaps the most experienced and professional painting and wallpapering team in and around the Big Apple. Just imagine a 3-story, open staircase and the distances needed to reach with a paint brush or roller. It’s definitely an acrobatic kind of feat, but always with stability and precision in the planning. And planning and prep can consume a large part of a project like this.

You might roll your eyes at such an undertaking, but we get excited. We make things happen and paint everything from water towers and steel structures to kitchens and baths, stores, home interiors and exteriors and nurseries for wee babies. We protect railings and floors and haul in ladders, scaffolding, extension handles, primer, paint, gear and the strong arms and keen eyes needed for every roll and every brush stroke along the way. This family is settling in their new home with stairway walls a blank slate for their choice of wall décor and style.

Farrow & Ball Floor Painter

This apartment inside a converted commercial building has space for such unique possibilities. This couple wanted to liven up their dinged up white wood floor. We started by cleaning the entire floor then put a primer on top. After it dried we applied the first coat of Farrow & Ball paint. After it dried we applied a second coat. You can see the difference in the middle picture. The finished product looks smooth and sleek and goes perfectly with their new kitchen cabinets and furniture. Paint has so many possibilities and capabilities. Instead of refinishing their floor they gave it a unique color and new life. We loved the opportunity to be apart of this creative remodel!
