We scraped, sanded and added new plaster plus replaced a baseboard. Once everything on the walls was smooth and dry, we expertly painted one combo bedroom and work space a neutral sand shade with an earthy flair. Another room now sports a comfortable contrast with black walls providing a splash of sophistication and mystery, and white walls offering a sense of reverence. One bright blue accent wall delivers a pop of color with a slice of harmony. This home nest in the Big Apple now boasts smooth walls with fresh paint in comfortable contrasts for an emotional lift, like a new start.

It is a happy place to live, work and play, and this family is especially content in its freshly painted space with window trim framing the cityscape where they call home.

In effort to sell this property in a timely fashion Halstead Realty and the owners decided to freshen up the place with a paint job so the property would show better. The NYC apartment hadn’t been painted in over 20 years and it showed. One day of intense plastering and painting got the condo back to near mint condition. Flatbush-Ditmas Park Condo Painter

Painting this unique 2 level townhouse in Ditmas Park was a fun weekend challenge. The client had just bought this home and was looking to paint the entire place before moving in. As experienced townhouse painters in Brooklyn we were able to paint the entire place in 2 days. There’s a huge built in bookshelf in the living room that the new owner was considering getting rid of because of it looked dingy, dirty, and old. We convinced her to let us paint it first to see if it would bring it back to life and sure enough she loved the new look of the shelf. This client has bold taste as clearly seen by the powerful accent wall in the bedroom.
