Soho Home Painting

When some Soho residents are not shopping on Broadway or museum hopping between the NYC Fire Museum and the Museum of Ice Cream, they might be enjoying the birds-eye view of the Big Apple at Jimmy at the James Hotel. This elegant 18th floor rooftop bar is a very classy place to see and be seen. If they are not there, one family we know of might just be at their new Soho home enjoying their freshly painted condo.

 The rich contrast of Simply White and Smoke Gray that we expertly painted - protecting the floors, adjacent walls, trim and windows - adds elegance to this Manhattan residence. White always evokes goodness, reverence, peace and innocence. Light is reflected off white to brighten any space. An elegant medium gray provides an aura of grace and sophistication with a touch of mystery and power. Soho was coined in 1962 for the area “South of Houston [Street]” and today boasts premium boutiques, stunning art galleries, superb restaurants, cafes and wine bars and a happy family’s gorgeous, freshly-painted domicile.

Co-op Interior Painting Manhattan

This client called us days before closing on a home in the historic west village area of Manhattan. We love that he chose to go with a light gray for trim and against the off white walls. It’s a nice contrast that is unique. We were able to get co-op approval extremely fast and paint before he moved in.

Flatbush-Ditmas Park Condo Painter

Painting this unique 2 level townhouse in Ditmas Park was a fun weekend challenge. The client had just bought this home and was looking to paint the entire place before moving in. As experienced townhouse painters in Brooklyn we were able to paint the entire place in 2 days. There’s a huge built in bookshelf in the living room that the new owner was considering getting rid of because of it looked dingy, dirty, and old. We convinced her to let us paint it first to see if it would bring it back to life and sure enough she loved the new look of the shelf. This client has bold taste as clearly seen by the powerful accent wall in the bedroom. We love painting in the Prospect Park area because the neighborhoods are beautiful and diverse.  Always grateful to do move-in painting. Love making a new homeowner love their new home even more. 

Brooklyn Interior Painting

It's hard to beat the views of the water and the Manhattan skyline from this Williamsburg apartment. The tenants had just moved out and the owner was looking for refresh the space before the new tenants moved in. It is always fun to paint apartments in Brooklyn that have this type of view. After we plastered all holes and cracks we proceeded to paint the entire apartment in Benjamin Moore White. The giant living room windows let in tons of light that make the space look large and inviting. We were able to paint the whole place in 2 days right before the new tenants moved in. The owner had a tight timeframe and we were able to complete the move in/move out home painting just in time.

NYC Apartment Painting

Back on a February snow day we helped this family transform their new home from funky to fresh. The walls hadn't been painted since the late 90's and it showed. We put brown paper down in order to protect the floor they recently had refinished. We made sure to patch all the holes and plaster all cracks. After a few coats of paint and primer we had a fresh, clean looking apartment that is night and day different from the beginning. It was a lot of fun to see the transformation happen. It is amazing the power paint has. Changing the color completely raised the vibe and energy of the home.
